Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Free shipping offers apply to shipping addresses in the lower 48 U.S. states when specifically indicated on the product page.
  • We do not currently ship internationally.
  • Most orders ship within 1–5 business days after the order is processed, subject to availability.
  • Tracking information is sent within 24 hours after your order leaves the warehouse.

Changes to Your Order

If you wish to add to or subtract from an order, let us know as soon as possible. If we've already processed your payment, we may need to send a separate invoice for anything added. If you wish to subtract any items after payment processing, it will take a few days to refund the difference.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, you may do so and we'll refund the purchase amount. If we've already processed your payment, 5% of the order value ($20 minimum) will be deducted from the refund as a cancellation fee. This covers our costs in processing your order.

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. We're happy to answer any questions before purchase, but it's ultimately up to you to make sure you're ordering the correct dimensions and/or grit sizes.

That said, we understand you may still order the wrong thing or change your mind, so we allow returns within 30 days of purchase, under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in new, unused, resalable condition in the original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the return shipment cost.
  • The actual cost to ship the item to you (whether you paid for shipping or it was free) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on the brand, a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
  • 5% of the order value ($20 minimum) will be deducted from your refund as a return fee.
