Manufacturer's Warranties
Warranty length and terms vary by product and manufacturer. The warranty for each item is listed on its product page under the Specifications tab.
How warranty claims work
If a machine develops a fault covered by its manufacturer's warranty, contact us first rather than the manufacturer directly. We handle the claim on your behalf and coordinate replacement parts or repair.
- Email support@bedrocklapidary.com with your order number, the issue, and photos or video if the problem is mechanical.
- Most claims are reviewed within 2 business days.
- Normal wear items (blades, belts, wheels, barrels, and similar consumables) are not covered under mechanical warranty.
Within 30 days of purchase?
If your order is still within its 30-day window, our standard return policy may be simpler and faster than a warranty claim.
Typical warranty terms
Most machines we carry ship with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Some models carry 2-year terms, and units used in salt-water environments are generally limited to a 90-day warranty due to accelerated corrosion. Check the specific product page for exact terms before purchase.
